In this role, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
• Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.

  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
