As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
• Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team successRequirements:
