Job Description:

Lead a Team to SuccessJASON NEAL is seeking a leader to join our organization who possesses passion and purpose. With 120 years of experience, we lead the way in our industry.This role involves learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team to perform these tasks and become an expert in training them. As you master our systems and process, you will move into the Agency Director role.This is a weekly-paid position with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.Key Responsibilities:

• Service our existing client base.
• Research new business opportunities (B2B).
• Supervise team activity and results.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems.
• Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
• Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development.Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

  • Sales or customer service experience.

  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
