Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Enrollment Analyst I (Remote) to
support internal EDI enrollment processes and manage client issues
related to payer registration and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payer paperwork enrollment and status change processes
Submit EDI enrollment forms to payers and monitor responses
Communicate with payers to obtain status on enrollments
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience with enrollment paperwork, customer service,
or healthcare billing
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Customer service experience using telephone and email as primary
communication tools
