Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Plumber to join our team. As an Apartment Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems in our apartment buildings. Requirements:- Certified Journeyman Plumber!- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and their components- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Essential Skills/Abilities
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in apartment buildings- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall upkeep of the building- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
