Job Description:
This position within the Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations
team is responsible for the support of various day-to-day
resolution of escalated client issues and oversight of various HBS
processes.
Listed below are a listing of several of the various processes in
which the Operations Analyst would be responsible.
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day resolution of complex
client problems and escalated issues.
Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved within
corporate policy guidelines and SLAs.
Responsible to stay abreast of new product developments, process
enhancements impacting HBS products and services.
Assist with regulatory and audit assessments as required.
