Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to
provide exceptional support and care to its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support across phone, email, and chat, resolving
inquiries and issues
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through account
management and service usage
Document customer interactions in the CRM and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in
customer support or customer success
Experience in fast-paced industries like telehealth, healthcare,
SaaS, or tech
Experience using CRM systems like Front, Intercom, or Aircall
Open to working one weekend day per week
Passionate about nutrition or wellness
