Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payer Tracking Specialist to manage
client inquiries and account records.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via
various communication channels
Maintain detailed records of client accounts and address client
concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support
proactive client reporting
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of related work experience
Vast knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicaid billing processes
Prior experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) billing
Ability to learn and use project management tools
Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
