A company is looking for a Talent and People Coordinator to
support recruitment efforts and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes, including candidate pipeline and
interview coordination
Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to improve the
employee journey
Plan and execute team-building activities to elevate company
culture
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruitment or People, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with ATS and
HRIS
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
effectively
Experience in HR data management and compliance
