Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Product Leader to serve as a
functional liaison between Human Resources and HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Workday technology strategy for assigned HR
domains
Manage, coach, and develop a team of HRIS specialists and/or
engineers
Oversee system administration and lead system integrations or
enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Post-graduate degree in human resources, computer science,
information technology, or a related field
Minimum of twelve years of progressively responsible experience in
HR Technology
At least five years of experience with Workday and other HRIS
systems
Experience in direct people management for at least five years
Demonstrated experience in designing and developing enterprise
technology strategies
