Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive store environment.
• Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales reports, labor data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
• Nurture strong relationships with vendors, developing new partnerships and ensuring seamless logistics and processing.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns, address customer complaints, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Act as a point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution, ensuring exceptional store appearance and customer experience.
• Mentor and develop Team Members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
• Communicate and model WFM's vision and goals, promoting a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
