Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Setting: Dental Office Types of Cases: All ages, mostly adults Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
