Strong experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro, General, Vascular,
ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint
experience), Gyn, Vascular (Endovascular as well), Urology,
Robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, Breasts, Eyes - RN:
circulate only, experience in above case types - Prefer robotics
experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI) - CVOR: CVOR experience and
experience with patient types listed Job Description: - Facility
with 492 beds and specializes in Level II Trauma Center, Level III
NICU, and Primary Stroke Center - Patient types include open heart,
CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS,
ECMO, with minimal pediatrics (typically Ortho) - Patient ratios
are 1:1 - Support on the unit includes ORA, Desk assistant, Charge
nurse, and Team leaders for service lines - Technology and
equipment include EMR (Cerner), IV pumps (Plum 360), Medication
dispensing (Omnicell), and Monitors (Spacelabs) - Orientation
period is 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call during
this time - Scheduling involves a weekend rotation and on-call as
needed, approximately 10 days per month with a 30-minute response
time - Holiday work is expected per contract Note: Travelers with
one-year experience will not be accepted, but those with at least
two years experience are welcome. The position involves no
