Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team in Cardiac Telemetry. This position is for full-time night shift at our facility. Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, safe patient care using evidence-based practice
• Coordinate care through effective partnerships and individualize patient care
• Practice relationship-based, patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Complete professional competency assessment and mandatory education
• Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement
• Proactively plan for patient care across the continuum and support efficient use of resources Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
  • Current RN license and Basic Life Support certification
  • Minimum 5 years of RN experience
