      • Practice Size: 20 Physicians (8 Day, 1 Admitter & 1 Night), along with 2 APCs
      • Covers all specialties except Transplant & Open Heart
      • Closed ICU managed by Intensivists & Residents Opportunity Specifics and Qualifications:
        • Demonstrated leadership skills and significant involvement in hospital initiatives.
        • Prior leadership experience required.
          
        • Must be board certified in Internal Medicine.
        • Proven ability to lead a team to consistently meet and exceed quality metrics, with leadership compensation tied to these milestones.
        • Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
        • Active participation in all administrative meetings into quality initiatives and MEC meetings expected.
        • Outstanding communication skills are essential for collaboration with the team, operations, and hospital leadership.           Compensation: This Director opportunity offers a highly competitive salary with base of $400k. Along with attractive incentives linked to performance and quality metrics can lead to upwards of $500k or higher. Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
