Job Description:
ARCH Placement is seeking a Pediatrician for a large private
practice in Alabama. Join our organization and lead a brand new
clinic in Troy, Alabama. A private, non-profit Federally Qualified
Health Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible
Pediatrician to join a thriving, well-respected and
well-established regional practice. You will be joining a
progressive, forward thinking group that supports and appreciates
its physicians!
Highlights: - New office opening in early 2023 - 100% outpatient
with limited call
- Support staff: 2 NPs and 2 MAs - Guaranteed salary with excellent
production bonus potential
- Brand new facilities - Federal loan repayment $50,000
- 20 or more patients per day
- Full comprehensive benefits

Compensation:
- Salary $200,000 - $220,000
- Excellent additional incentive-based income
- Full insurance for physician and family
- Comprehensive benefits
- CME expenses $2500
- 4% match to 401k
- 7 paid holidays + 3 weeks paid time off

- NHSC Loan Repayment
