As a Dental Hygiene Care Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our patient care team, delivering exceptional lifetime care to your patients. You'll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, giving your patients the time and care they need, deserve, and desire.Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care to patients, including routine cleanings and preventative care.
• Assess patients' dental health and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills.
• Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in AL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.Preferred Experience
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
    • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.Physical Requirements

      • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
      • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
      • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off).Benefits
