Edgemont Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa,
Alabama.Job Description & Requirements
Pay Package as per 48Hrs:-
Weekly Gross $2,286.00
Weekly Taxable $1,040.00
Weekly Non- Taxable $1,246.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $20.00
Hourly Non Tax $31.15
Overtime after 40 $30.00
Position Overview:
-We are seeking a dedicated RN with strong skills in cardiac care
to join our team and provide exceptional patient support.
Experience Required:
-Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
-First-time travelers are welcome
Schedule Requirements:
-Every other weekend required
-Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses
(4.5 miles apart)
Certifications Required:
-BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
Required Skills:
-Cardiac Monitoring
-Colostomy Care
-Feeding Tube Care and Management
-Renal Failure Management
-IV Therapy and Phlebotomy
-Experience with Heparin, Insulin, and PCA (Patient Controlled
Analgesia)
-CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) Management
-Respiratory and Thoracic Care
-Wound Care
Preferred Skills:
-Management of Dysrhythmias
-Post-Angiogram and Post-MI (Myocardial Infarction) Care
