Job Description:

Seeking Director of Environmental Services to plan, organize, and direct overall operation of Environmental Service, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable community environment. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, performing routine maintenance, and supervising safety and fire prevention programs. Supervise a team and maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/plant related position
  • Knowledge of boilers, compressors, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
