We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to lead our team at a Great Clips salon in Springville, where stylists enjoy a great work/life balance, tremendous growth opportunities, and great pay, with stylists averaging over $25/hr.

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch technical skills and support to our stylists
  
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling and inventory
  
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth
  
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive salon experience
